Good Saturday morning to ya. It's a beautiful morning here by the lake. I took the girls walking yesterday and they came home covered in ticks! "Oh, no, sir," I said. They already take Sentinel, which takes care of heart worms and fleas. But not ticks. I called the Vet's office and learned about Vectra 3D, which takes care of fleas, ticks, and even those nasty mosquitos. "I want some of that wonderful stuff," I cried. "I'll be right there!"
Richard and I took off, stopping off for some much needed lunch along the way. At the Vet's we learned about Vectra 3D and stocked up. We also both a new supply of Sentinel. Our price came to over $300 dollars.
Oh, my goodness! That's a lot of money. But we must take care of the dogs. And besides, it's not like we're saving for their college education or planning a wedding for them. Right?
Today, Richard and I will drive the half an hour to Burlington to visit my Dad. We'll go to a great little sandwich shop, called Southbound Sandwich Works, for lunch. That is a great place. My dad loves it!
Here's wishing you a terrific Saturday. Over and Out!!!
