Back in the saddle again!
Good early morning! Up and Adam! I'll be working on chapter 12 today.
I had a very nice day yesterday. Richard and I drove down to visit Dad. We had lunch at the restaurant located on the campus of Twin Lakes, the retirement community where Dad lives. Dad invited our aunt, Aunt Ellen, (on Richard's side of the family) to join us. She lives there too. Aunt Ellen had found a recipe for crunchy squash casserole that my Mom had given her years ago, and had made a copy for me. I was thrilled! We had looked for that recipe but could not find it. I plan to make it first chance I get. Oh, the crunchy comes from water chestnuts.
All right, I must get cracking. Have a super Thursday. Over and Out!
