Dog Day Sunday
Hey! Sorry, but I couldn't get up to blog yesterday. Just too busy a day. Had a wonderful lunch. My cousin, Colleen, had invited my sister and me, along with other female cousins to her house for taco salads. We had a wonderful time.
I arrived home in time to brush my teeth and hair before company arrived. We visited for a bit and then drove to Yancey House for a terrific dinner. I ate too much!
Today, I hope to walk the dogs before it gets too hot, which means, I'd better get them out soon.
This afternoon, we drive to Greensboro to have a late lunch with my MIL. She is moving to a retirement community and wants us to go through a ton of stuff that we are sure she'll insist on us taking. Richard and I don't look forward to that. Grace will NOT understand why we don't want a truck load of things. We should want them because: they cost a lot of money, they beloved to Richard's dad, they were bought in Europe, or she can't stand someone from Good Will getting any of her precious belongings. It will be a zoo. More on that later.
So, have a good Sunday. It's going to be a hot one here. In the 90's. I'll check with you tomorrow morning. Over and Out!!
